Ingredients:
1 mangoes, peeled,seeded,and chopped
1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup crushed ice
3/4 cup orange juice
Directions:
Place mango, yogurt, and ice in blender and puree until smooth; add orange juice and blend until mixed.
Pour into glasses and serve.
