Ingredients:
1 avocados, peeled and seeded,cut in chunks
1 mangoes, peeled and seeded,cut in chunks
1 cup apple juice, prepared from frozen concentrate
1/2 cup water
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions:
In a blender, process all ingredients till combined but still slightly chunky.
Chill and serve, garnished with chopped chives or green onion tops.

Servings: 4
