Ingredients:
hollandaise sauce ( or use any of the prepackaged ones)
6 -8 slices toast
6 -8 slices bacon
left over turkey
6 slices swiss cheese
Directions:
Grease large casserole dish.
Prepare Hollandise sauce.
Fry bacon slices.
Layer toast in bottom of casserole.
Place left over turkey on top of toast.
Place swiss cheese slices over turkey.
Crumble bacon over cheese.
Pour hollandise sauce over top.
Place in 325 degree for 25-30 minutes.
