Ingredients:
1 small onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pork tenderloins ( 1 lb each)

Directions:
Combine first nine ingredients and rub over tenderloins.
Place in a shallow roasting pan.
Bake uncovered at 400F for 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160?.
Cover with foil and let sit 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Servings: 4-6

Time total: 55 min.
