Ingredients:
1 lemons
1 lb natural Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons soft dark brown sugar
Directions:
Mix together the finely grated rind of the lemon and the yoghurt.
Divide between four 1/4 pint ramekins and sprinkle sugar on top.
Place under a hot grill for 1-2 minutes or until melted and bubbling.
Chill until ready to serve.
