Ingredients:
1 (420 g) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2 yellow capsicums, chopped fine
1/2 red capsicums, chopped fine
1 avocados, chopped into chunks
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh cilantro leaves
2 tablespoons lime juice

Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and serve with either warm flour tortillas or corn chips.

Servings: 4-6
