Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/2 cup low-fat yogurt ( plain or fruit)
1 bananas
1 kiwi fruits
1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions:
Mix everything up in a blender and drink!
SIMPLE!
