Ingredients:
3 cups green cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cups jicama, julienned
1 1/2 oranges, peeled and segamented
1/2 cup red peppers, julienned
1/2 cup green peppers, julienned
1/4 red onions, sliced in thin rings
1/4 cup cilantro
1/8 cup salad oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 cup peanuts, as garnish
Directions:
mix ingredients for slaw then toss in dressing. Garnish with peanuts.
