Ingredients:
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
6 ounces dungeness crabmeat
4 ounces artichoke hearts, well drained and coarsely chopped
2 stalks green onions, minced
cayenne pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Blend all ingredients with a spoon.
Place in a small 1-1/2″ deep baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes or until brown and heated through.
Serve with tortilla chips or bagette slices; garnish with minced green onion and cayenne pepper.

Servings: 4-5
