Ingredients:
1 lb large carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch slices
2/3 cup water
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons Bourbon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large heavy skillet over medium high heat.
Cook until carrots are tender and liquid has turned into a glaze, about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Season to taste.
