Homemade Frappe Cappuccino

Ingredients:
2 ounces freshly brewed espresso or 2 ounces very strong coffee
7 1/2 ounces 2% low-fat milk
2 -3 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon cocoa powder, for moca flavor (optional)

Directions:
Mix the sugar and coco together first then combine all ingredients in a glass or bottle.
Shake or stir rapidly until well combined and frothy (I save store bought Frappuncino bottles and use them after running the bottles and caps through the dishwasher).
Store unused Frappuncinos in the refrigerator as you would fresh milk and shake or stir before using.
Note: I sometimes include an ounce or two of half-and-half with the milk for a thicker, richer beverage.
