Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/3 cup fat free chicken broth
3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons dry sherry
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 lb chicken breast tenders
3 cups broccoli florets
1 (8 ounce) cans water chestnuts, drained
Directions:
Add oil to a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat; let oil get hot.
In a bowl, mix together the broth and next 7 ingredients; set aside.
Add chicken to skillet; stir/saute 2 minutes.
Add in broccoli; stir/saute 5 minutes.
Add in water chestnuts; stir/saute 2 minutes.
Add in broth mixture; cook 1 1/2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thick, stirring constantly; season to taste w/ salt and pepper.
