Ingredients:
3/4 cup lentils, uncooked
2 2/3 cups water
1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked
1 onions, chopped
1 1/4 cups white wine
1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 ounces part-skim mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine all ingredients except cheese in an ungrease 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake uncovered for 1 1/2 – 2 hours.
Spread cheese on top and bake for additional 5 minutes.
