Ingredients:
1/3 cup celery, chopped
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
1 (12 ounce) cans tuna in water, drained
4 English muffins, split and toasted
1 tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
2 ounces low-fat swiss cheese, shredded ( about 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Preheat broiler.
Combine first 6 ingredients and spread 3 tablespoons of the mixture on each muffin half.
Top each half with 1 tomato slice and 1 tablespoon cheese.
Broil 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 20 min.
