Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups white flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup oat bran
2 cups quick oats
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped dates
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup skim milk
2 cups mashed bananas ( , about 4 or 5 medium size)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F; spray two loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium size bowl, combine flours, oat bran, oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nuts& dates; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine sugar and eggs.
Stir in applesauce, bananas& milk; combine thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients to banana mixture; stir until blended.
Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans.
Sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar; place in oven.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until done.

Servings: Serve
