Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
1 eggs
Directions:
Mix all ingredients.
Form into patties.
Grill or fry for around 15 min or until done to your likeness.
