Ham and Grits Crustless Quiche

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 (12 ounce) cans evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1/3 cup quick cooking yellow grits, raw
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
3 large eggs, beaten lightly

Directions:
Bring water and 1/4 t.
salt to a boil.
Add grits, stir and remove from heat.
Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Add evaporated milk, ham, cheese, mustard, hot sauce and eggs and stir to mix well.
Pour mixture into a greased quiche pan or deep dish pie pan.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Let stand for 5- 10 minutes before serving.

Servings: Serve

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 45 min.
