Greg’s Reunion Dressing

Ingredients:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup blue cheese
1 grated pears
pepper

Directions:
Mix oil and vinegar.
Gently stir in blue cheese and pear.
Pepper as desired.
