Ingredients:
1000 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
240 g water
3 teaspoons green tea powder ( macha powder)
Directions:
Sift together flower and baking powder.
Stir in water.
Knead 10 times and divide into 25 balls.
Steam for 20 min until tender.
