Ingredients:
2 cups green beans
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Nu-salt ( or any salt substitute)
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup onions, minced
8 -9 slices bacon

Directions:
Cook green beans, drain and cool.
Blend oil, vinegar, onion, and salt- pour over beans.
Fry bacon until crisp.
Break into small pieces and add to beans.
Toss lightly to mix.

Servings: Serve

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 25 min.
