Ingredients:
4 large ripe tomatoes, cut into eighths
2 cucumbers, peeled,sliced
1 red onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
Place tomatoes, cucmbers, onion, olives, cheese and parsley in a bowl.
Drizzle on the vinegar, oil, and add salt and pepper.
Toss well.
