Ingredients:
500 g grated tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
4 eggs
salt
pepper
cooked chips ( french fries)

Directions:
Heat butter and oil in pan cook tomatoes over medium heat until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
lower heat break whole eggs into sauce, cover pan with lid
when eggs are done pour tomato egg mixture over hot chips, add salt and pepper to taste.
