Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs hamburger
2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans vegetable soup with beef stock
2 medium potatoes
Directions:
Brown and drain hambuger.
Peel and slice potatoes into thin slices.
Add two cans of vegetable soup.
Mix well.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (or until potatoes are done).
