Ingredients:
1 lb stew meat
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 can beef broth
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 onions, chopped
4 large potatoes, cut up
peeled baby carrots
Directions:
Coat meat with flour and brown in oil.
Drain.
Add soups.
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and simmer another hour.
