Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef
2 large eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cups tomato juice
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats ( not instant)
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch sage
1 pinch basil
1/4 cup finely chopped onions

Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degree.
combine and mix all the ingredients in oven safe pan.
cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 105 min.
