Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
salt
butter
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 (1 1/2 inch) pieces fresh ginger, finely minced

Directions:
Use a fork to cream all the ingredients to gether, cover and store in fridge or freeze until you want to use it.
