Ingredients:
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick oats
1 (12 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
1 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease 10×15 jellyroll pan.
In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, 1 c butter, 2 eggs, and 1 tsp vanilla.
Stir in flor, baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt.
Stir in oats.
Press oatmeal mixture into prepared pan.
Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and 2 Tbsp butter in saucepan over low heat, stirring until melted.
Remove from heat and stir in nuts, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp salt.
Spread over oatmeal base.
Bake until golden brown approximately 25-30 minutes.
While warm, cut into bars.
