8 ounces havarti cheese, thinly sliced
1/2 small pears, thinly sliced
1/2 small apples, thinly sliced
4 slices whole grain bread, toasted

Directions:
Layer cheese, apple and pear slices evenly onto slices of bread.
Serve.
