Ingredients:
1 cup milk
1/2 bananas
4 teaspoons instant vanilla pudding ( I use Sugar Free, Fat Free)
1 scoop ice cream flavored vanilla whey protein powder
2 -3 tablespoons Banana Nut Crunch cereal ( I omit)
ice

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a blender. Enjoy!
