Ingredients:
1 cup pearl tapioca
2 cups water
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 (20 ounce) cans fruit cocktail, , drained
3/4 cup whipped cream ( my mother in law uses Nutriwhip non dairy whipped topping)

Directions:
Soak tapioca and water over night,drain Add milk and salt and cook until transparent.
Add sugar, and cool.
Add fruit cocktail.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill.

Servings: 8-10

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 30 min.
