Ingredients:
1/4 cup couscous
1 teaspoon vegetable stock powder or 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1/4 cup frozen shrimp
1/4 cup frozen peas
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 cups boiling water
fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
Put the couscous, stock powder, shrimp and peas in a soup bowl.
Pour in the boiling water and stir briefly to dissolve the stock powder.
Grate the garlic directly into the soup bowl, using a fine grater.
Cover and let stand for five minutes.
Grind in some black pepper and enjoy.
