Ingredients:
1 cup canola oil
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
In large mixer bowl, beat oil,eggs,and sugar.
Mix until creamy.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix until well blended; add vanilla.
Spray 13×9 pan with cooking spray.
Pour mix into pan.
Bake at 350* for 25 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
