2 fist size unpeeled potatoes ( any kind you prefer)
oil ( for frying)
salt
Directions:
Pierce each potato with fork.
Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes (approx).
Cut into fries.
Fry in hot oil.
Drain on paper towel.
Season as desired.
