Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies ( undrained)
1 lb smoked sausage
1 lb shrimp ( peeled)
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish.
Cover and cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Add the sausage and shrimp.
Cover and continue to cook another 25 minutes.
