Ingredients:
1 lb fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1 egg yolks
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt and black pepper
chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Boil fettucini according to package directions.
Meantime, cream butter until fluffy, then add egg yolk and cream.
Beating constantly, add Parmesan cheese.
Drain noodles and toss in butter mixture immediately to melt.
Season with salt and pepper and add some chopped parsley for color.
Serve immediately.
