Ingredients:
1 dozen eggs, beaten
1 bell peppers, diced
1 (16 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes, drained
1/2 lb bacon, fried & crumbled
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together all ingredeints.
Put in a Pam coated 9×13 baking dish.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Servings: 12

Time preparation: 20 min.

Time total: 80 min.
