Ingredients:
1 lb baby carrots
1 cup apple juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon cumin
2 teaspoons parsley
Directions:
Steam the carrots in the apple juice in a covered saucepan, on med-low heat until crisp-tender.
Toss with remaining ingredients.
