Ingredients:
1/2 medium cucumbers, peeled
1/3 cup mint leaves, chopped
1/3 cup sweet onions, chopped
1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
salt, to taste

Directions:
Dice the cucumber.
Add the mint, onion and yogurt.
Stir well.
Salt to taste.

Servings: 2
