Cucumber, Mint, and Tomato Raita

Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon salt
fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, roasted and ground
1 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
1 medium cucumbers, peeled and chopped into a small dice
2 tablespoons fresh mint, crumbled

Directions:
Put yogurt in a bowl and beat lightly with a fork until smooth and creamy.
Add salt, pepper, cayenne and cumin. Mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 15 min.
