Ingredients:
1 lb crabmeat
1 1/2 cups leftover mashed potatoes or 1 1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 eggs, scrambled
1 large onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Mix all together as a hash and fry in oil until browned on both sides.
Great for breakfast with eggs or main meal.
Can substitute fish for crab.
