Ingredients:
2 cups corn ( fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup half-and-half
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 6-8 minutes, stirring frequently.
