Ingredients:
10 ounces mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 cups potatoes, sliced thinly
1/2 cup onions
1 1/2 cups cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Directions:
Blend soup, milk and pepper.
Layer potato, onion, soup mixture and 1 cup cheese in a 1 1/2 qt casserole.
Top with remaining cheese and paprika.
Cover.
Bake 375F for 60 mins.
Uncover.
Bake additional 15 mins.
