Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs
2 tablespoons soft butter
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 -5 drops Tabasco sauce
1 dash salt
1/3 cup boned crabmeat
2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
parsley
Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
Remove yolks and mash in a bowl.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Fill egg white halves; garnish with parsley.
