Ingredients:
2 lbs country-style pork ribs
1/2 teaspoon onion powder or 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon oil
1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans sauerkraut
1 cup applesauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Heat oil in frying pan, brown ribs and season with onion salt/powder.
Place in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
Cover and bake at 350F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
