Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup nutmeats, coarsly ground
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly, add more seasonings if necessary, put mixture into a well greased baking dish and bake in a moderately hot oven (I’d say just above Medium from experience, but ovens vary)until moderately browned — 375 degrees.
