Ingredients:
1/2 cup hot jalapeno jelly
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 1/2 cups chopped peeled pitted mangoes
1 1/4 cups chopped red bell peppers
3/4 cup chopped red onions
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 jalapeno chiles, minced
Directions:
Whisk jelly and lime juice in large bowl.
Mix in all remaining ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
(Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover; chill.).
