Ingredients:
8 -10 small red potatoes, quartered and unpeeled
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped ( packed)
Directions:
In a medium saucepan cook potatoes in water until tender.
Drain and keep warm.
Meanwhile, in another saucepan melt butter; add garlic, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
Add potatoes, chili powder, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Lightly brown and serve warm.
