1/2 cup skim milk or 1/2 cup soymilk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 frozen bananas
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt

Directions:
Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
