Ingredients:
1 (1 ounce) package sugar-free instant pudding mix
2 cups hot water
Directions:
Beat the pudding mix into the water with a wire whisk until completely dissolved.
Pour the mixture into an ice-cube try. Cover the ice-cube tray with plastic wrap and poke a toothpick into each cube.
Freeze until fully hardened (about 1-2 hours).
