Ingredients:
2 tablespoons hintz Dutch-processed cocoa powder
2 teaspoons sugar, to taste
1 cup of cold low-fat milk
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a blender bowl.
Cover.
Process for 2 minutes.
Pour over ice cubes in a tall glass.
